Propósito del cargo
The primary function of this position is to setup, administer and support the different applications
related but not limited to communication channels in the company like PBX, VoIP,
Videoconference systems, as well as other communication and application tools that may be
useful to fulfil company requirements.
Job is located at Corporate Office.
Educación
Conocimientos Técnicos
● Strong understanding of iOS devices and software such as Active Sync Apple iOS and
Apple Configurator.
● Knowledge of best practices in supporting mobility, UC, VTC, and other communications
systems and the ability to communicate them to diverse, sometimes non-technical
audiences
● Knowledge and experience in Cisco videoconference solutions.
● ITIL Foundations V3 minimum
Experiencia Laboral Específica
Associate’s degree with at least two years of coursework in computer sciences and related.
● Bi-lingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
● Expertise in business applications like CRM, Cloud Call and Contact Center platforms.
● Technical knowledge and experience in diverse systems implementations and configurations
● Experience in support and maintenance of business applications and good troubleshooting
skills
● Project management experience and methodologies knowledge.
● Programming knowledge in OO Programming language
● Experience with mobile applications, MDM, mobile VPN technologies, and unified
communication (UC) systems in a local server and cloud-based infrastructure
Roles y Responsabilidades del cargo (A)
● Administration, support, and configuration of assigned applications,
● Assist internal departments and provide regular feedback to operation team.
● Analyze business requirements and develop enhancements to achieve same.
● Responsible for support, issue, and request response, monitoring of servers
and licensing, availability, and capacity issues, either online using the ITSM
ticketing system or onsite when necessary.
● Maintain ownership of assigned projects, including planning, execution, change
management and training.
● Create training materials and train users.
● Create documentation for the support team
● Support enhancements or new deployments based on business need or
equipment upgrades.
● License management, user provisioning and deprovisioning for the different
solutions.
● Implement quality assurance and quality control, disaster recovery, and system
security plans.
● Open/manage tickets with support vendors when necessary
● Comply with all change control procedures
● Take all reasonable steps to ensure the security, confidentiality, integrity and
availability of information and technology systems
● Maintain technical currency through self-learning, knowledge transfer and
formal training. Facilitate knowledge sharing amongst members within the
information Systems team
● Perform all duties as assigned by Manager
● Per Diem shifts, including some weekends are required.
● Support out of working hours in case of critical incidents.
